Dr. Vapnek leads the clinic with over 31 years of experience in chiropractic care and patient-centered healing. His hands-on approach and collaborative philosophy guide the entire team.

  • Dr. Peter Santiesteban is known for his thoughtful, integrative approach to rehabilitative care and his ability to guide patients through both recovery and long-term wellness. With over 10 years of clinical experience in Delray Beach, he works with patients of all ages—from active individuals and athletes to those recovering from surgery or managing chronic pain.

    Dr. Santiesteban’s foundation in sports science and massage therapy gives him a deep understanding of biomechanics, soft tissue function, and injury prevention. After earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Keiser University College of Chiropractic in 2023, he became an Associate Chiropractor, collaborating closely with other doctors and therapists to create comprehensive, results-driven care plans.

    He has extensive experience working with acute injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and complex movement dysfunctions. Dr. Santiesteban has also co-managed collegiate athletes at Keiser University, helping them safely return to sport while improving performance and resilience. His approach blends precise chiropractic care with advanced therapeutic techniques, always tailored to the individual.

    Board-certified in Acupuncture and Dry Needling, Webster-certified, and trained in Craniosacral Therapy, Dr. Santiesteban adapts his care to meet each patient’s unique needs—whether the goal is pain relief, improved mobility, or optimal function. His collaborative mindset and attention to detail make him a valued part of a team patients trust for lasting results.
